Recruiter/client data may include:

• Account details (business name, contact details)
• Job postings and job description videos
• Communications and platform activity

3. Lawful bases for processing

We process personal data under one or more of the following bases:

• Contract – to provide the Platform services you request
• Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve the Platform

4. AI processing & human decision-making

We use AI tools to support platform functions such as transcription, organisation of applications, and analytics. These tools are designed to support workflow efficiency and transparency.

We do not make hiring decisions. Recruiters are responsible for all hiring decisions.

5. Who we share data with

• Recruiters/employers you apply to or interact with (and, where enabled, verified recruiters who can search candidate profiles within the Platform)
• Service providers (processors) that host, support, secure, and maintain the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, transcription)
• Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety

6. Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for recruitment purposes, platform operations, and legal obligations.

Typical retention (guide):

• Candidate profiles: active + 24 months
• Video applications: active + 24 months
• Verification documents: active + 12 months
• Logs & analytics: 12 months

Data may be deleted earlier upon request where lawful.

7. Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") where applicable
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent (where consent is the basis)
